Mediation - where both parties try to resolve their dispute with the help of a neutral third party - often costs less and takes less time than a court battle(see Fees and Expenses). Unlike the court system, mediation can also give each party a particular result that may mean more to them for their future and the future of their children. Mediation is effective in many conflicts, including: divorce mediation, child custody and visitation issues, child support and spousal maintenance (alimony).

I am an experienced mediator available to serve as the neutral third party in a family law case or other dispute. My office is bilingual and we are available to mediate disputes in both English and Spanish. I am experienced with Texas's collaborative divorce process, and I am a member of the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas.

Litigator

Sometimes, litigation may be preferred. We use our years of experience in family law matters to represent clients in the litigation of family law cases, especially divorce litigaton, child support, custody and spousal support, visitation, and enforcement and modification of existing Court orders.
